Audri Riffel is a seasoned HR practitioner and business professional with 15 years Human Resource experience in the FMCG industry, before working as an independent business consultant. The majority of Audri’s experience has been with an international soft drinks organisation covering all areas of Human Resources at plant, head office and division office level involving shop floor to senior management and executive levels.

Audri is passionate about business, people empowerment and service delivery and her core values are ethics and integrity. The majority of her business solutions is "home grown" tailored to the clients needs and requirements rather than off the shelf products.

Formerly employed by Coca-Cola, some of the highlights of her career was the successful development and launch of an industry leading Workplace HIV/AIDS program; developed change leaders to meet objectives on diversity; managed an organisational redesign process in a manufacturing division as well as directed and executed exercises involving the alignment of compensation benefits with industry; the rightsizing and subsequent closure of a manufacturing plant, without incident. In her last role as Division HR Manager, she role-modelled the concept of business partnering and played an instrumental and key role in the restructuring process of another Corporate Division.
As a generalist her experience and core competencies spans across the development and implementation of Performance Management Systems, HR Strategies & Systems, Organisational Design and Restructuring, HR Policy Development, Design and Delivery of Training initiatives, Design and Implementation of HIV/AIDS workplace programs, Diversity Management Strategy, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Competency Assessment, Corporate Social Investment Programs and various other innovative HR initiatives and offerings.

Audri possesses a Degree in Social Sciences with a major in Industrial Psychology as well as the Management Advancement Program qualification (MAP) from WITS University. Registered with the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA) and is a trained and active lay counsellor.
